Costa del Sol Residence is a barrier-free structure located in the eastern area of Jesolo, close to Piazza Torino and only 50 meters from the sea. The quiet area is suitable for families, offering a wide choice of shops, restaurants and activities for children.
The building consists of about 70 apartments, divided on two staircases of 6 floors each. The apartments, of different types, are all equipped with air conditioner, some with big terraces, others with balconies (only one does not have a terrace). The residence offers its guests a swimming pool for adults and a small swimming pool for children, with sun beds and sun umbrellas, lift, caretaker and laundry room with coin-operated washing machine. In the pool area and in the hall it is possible to use the Internet network of the residence.
At disposal an uncovered parking space for each apartment, situated inside or outside the condominium. The beach place is assigned and included in the price (the position does not depend on Lampo Agency).
