Holidays for families with children in Lido Altanea are enhanced by the entertainment staff, who are friendly and cheerful but never pushy. They organize games, events and activities that are guaranteed to keep children amused and also create a happy, involving atmosphere for teenagers and parents.

By the shore and in the gathering points for the entertainment service, there are many opportunities to have fun and stay active during leisure time.
The entertainment staff will be alongside you and keep you busy every day, starting with a gentle warm-up for the muscles in the morning. It may be followed by an exciting treasure hunt for the children, then some Zumba in the afternoon to get your blood pumping, a beach volleyball tournament as the sun goes down and finally an evening of laughter and surprises during cabaret or magic shows in which everyone can take part and star.
The evening entertainment starts every day with the immensely popular children’s disco, where all of the kids in Lido Altanea meet up and get down to the sound of the songs played by the entertainment team.
Straight afterwards, everyone heads to the brand new Happy Arena (near the beach, sports facilities, mini golf course and “Altalandia” children’s play area) for the free evening entertainment which is provided by Agenzia Lampo for all tourists.
There are more than 600 seats on the large stand overlooking the square and the stage, where cabaret sketches, group dances, musical performances and acrobatic displays amuse the audience in Lido Altanea for over two hours every evening.
Musical evenings, craft fairs and performances by street artists are also organized at La Quercia shopping centre every week.
It is safe to say that every evening in Lido Altanea there is an attraction or a new opportunity for the whole family to spend time together and have some fun.
15 August is a public holiday in Italy and all of the entertainment staff join the tourists for a big party that starts on the beach in the afternoon with jokes, games and tournaments before continuing until late in the evening in the square with themed shows, dancing and fireworks.
Every year, the summer season is brought to a close by Altaneafest in September, which is now an established tradition.
It is a time for friendship and socializing around long tables where all of the guests of the resort are invited to try Veneto specialities such as sardines from the local sea, cuttlefish, sausages with polenta and Montasio cheese. It is all washed down by excellent wine from the Dialma winery.
In the evening, there is lots of music and dancing with all of the entertainment staff, as well as more shows by street artists and a fireworks display to bring the curtain down on it all.
