Vicenza Condominium is a recently rennovated building, located near the central Piazza Brescia, about 50 meters from the beach. It offers different types of apartments, all equipped with air conditioning and washing machine, some also with big terrace overlooking the main street. Each apartament has a mandatory place on the beach (1 sunumbrella + 2 deck chairs), which changes every 15 days, on payment not included in the price (the position of the beach place does not depend on Agency Lampo). The parking place is one per apartament and is situated at ATVO Park, about 200 meters far from the building.
