Bibione Be Active: a gift for everyone throughout the summer of 2023!

Bibione Be Active is the first dedicated and organized space for practicing sports, wellness and active life together with high-level instructors from all over Italy.

Bibione Be Active is completely free, but allows you to maintain your wellness routine even during your stay in Bibione and transform your holiday into a particularly regenerating experience.

From 5 June to 8 September, 12 weeks, three days a week (Monday-Wednesday-Friday), with 6 hours a day of high-level lessons (8am-11am and 4pm-7pm). A calendar of proposals for adults, children and teenagers, with any level of preparation.

Participation is free, booking is mandatory and can be done via the discover.bibione.com web app

HOLISTIC
Disciplines that improve posture, mobility and mood: Yoga, Pilates, Mobility Postural, Muscle awakening, Stretching
FUN
Choreographies to have fun, train the cardiovascular system and burn calories: Zumba, Samba fit, Dance, Country fitness, Reggaeton
FUNCTIONAL
Activities that improve balance, muscle strengthening, resistance: Fit functional, Combatt, Bootcamp, Nordic walking, Beach workout, Circuit training
KIDS (6-12 years)
Ludic-motor activities: Zumba kids, Bootcamp kids, Yoga kids
YOUNG (12-17 years)
Beach Volleyball School
